So umm, as of January 2024, the federal funds rate is at 5. 33%, right? So this rate reflects interest rates that are set by the Federal Reserve. And these rates play a crucial role in guiding the economic policies as well as they determine how people feel about themselves. So essentially, if you can borrow cheap money, you generally feel richer, and if money is expensive, to borrow, you. Kind of feel a little bit strapped, so now let's dive into how this is impacting both right. So if we turn our attention to the performance of gold, which is represented by the Orange Line. So essentially at this point, you would be waiting for that environment to break or something to break in the economy, which would give consumers the sentiment of feeling cautious. It would take away market exuberance and then that would cause investors to flood into gold and look for alternative assets that would hedge their portfolios. If we look at past performance though, in Q4 goals continue to shine brightly, definitely not returns comparable to the runs over that returns our returns. So a win is a win. In Q4, we did see gold trading above $2000 pounds which was I believe $100 increase from the Q34 reach all time highs as well and so that's important to. Take note of the fact that God is continuously in an uptrend. If you look back at 2022 and previous history, the app there is an uptrend.
