5 years what an achievement, this time 5 years ago I remember thinking "I hope that phone rings today", I can assure you I have never had that thought again. 5 Years at TMT has been like a well controlled, organised, fun Rollercoaster that only goes up! With more people joining our happy ship and us now building on our well established brand, I am excited to see what the next 5 years will bring. A few insights. On the property market side of things, the world of Real Estate is evolving and with it, the ways you can purchase property. Cryptocurrency's popularity is already showing it is possible to purchase property with, for example, Bitcoin, Ethereum or other digital assets. Some sellers may be open to such an exchange, however GBP will be needed for some time yet for that all important HMRC SDLT payment! Some Lenders are even starting to explore mortgages backed by Cryptocurrency. Global Payments will become faster, cheaper, more efficient and encouraging more international trade, business and investment. A fee with no exchange rate! Regulatory reform - with some Crypto Exchanges now being accepted by PII providers and Banks you can now use your Crypto investment portfolio to buy assets (all subject to AML, KYC etc etc but lets not bog this post about the future in 'red tape'). Artificial Intelligence- Chat GPT, the other day my Teams call was minuted by a Bot who took a very detailed minute by minute with sub titled topic headings at a speed I'm not sure I can talk at - some will disagree! All of the above will compliment service, personal experience, efficiency. Finally for those that may feel some trepidation regarding the future, did you know that the word FEAR has two meanings. 1. Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. 🎬✨ Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. 🎉 Celebrating a Milestone! 🎉 We are thrilled to celebrate Peter Hanzel‘s 20th anniversary with in our company! Over the past two decades, his dedication, expertise, and commitment have been crutial in our success. Thank you, Peter, for your remarkable contributions and unwavering loyalty. We are sure we have a lot of achievements and growth still together in front of us! Curious to know why Peter stayed with us for 20 years? Here is his answer😊 I can summarize it in 3 reasons - ordered by priority - 1. the team, 2. non-monotonous work, 3. option to choose my own path. The team makes you feel at work like on a friend event. Of course there are ups and downs, but even in downs team was there to help to get out of the ... it.  [😉]  The work was always interesting, sometimes more challenging, sometimes more annoying and of course sometimes a little monotonous as at any other work. What also helped a lot that most of my team leads have aIways acted as one of us. I started as a developer, changed to a consultant, then become a consulting manager to end up on a position of a product manager mainly of SNP DTS and CB Shell Creator. ...a campfire/beer stories could be told  [🙂] #Anniversary #Milestone #Teamwork

It's always a party at Door No. 3! Hat tip for celebrating 30 years in business. I'm grateful to be part of writing this current chapter. From a new business perspective, it's no small feat to grow an agency. For 30 years, no less. Striking the right balance of growth is a delicate dance. Providing excellent care for your existing clients while running ahead to cultivate new clients. Building a sticky culture where top talent wants to stay while creating demand to grow the bench. Marketing for others, while also marketing for yourself. Staying heads down in the work while staying up on constantly evolving trends. You get it. Holding all of these tensions is the daily work of growth. It's the daily inputs, those little disciplines that compound over time. Keep at it today!
