Last week I spoke to a tech founder about a $86,000 deal to build an AI product. There’s a catch: They only have 90 days to build an MVP. They have estimated scopes but don’t have detailed requirements yet. And they don’t have an in-house tech team either. I hear ya: How the heck is he going to build this thing without a team? Here’s the thing: He doesn’t need internal technical expertise. Why? Once the technical requirements and scope are confirmed, we assemble a remote team for them within 48 hours. Here’s how it works: 1. We create a shortlist of 3 ideal candidates that match their criteria (sometimes even on the same day). 2.
