From a young age, I’ve recognized that donating blood is more than a simple act—it’s a gift that can mean the difference between life and death. Growing up with a father who suffers from hemophilia—a condition that impairs proper blood clotting—has shown me firsthand the crucial need for blood donations.
This Remembrance Day, as we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice, I encourage you to consider making a difference by donating blood at your local Canadian Blood Services center.
