Hi, everybody. Welcome to my brand new ASK our video series. And I'm really proud of this one for a lot of reasons because I took a minute before I started my new video series because I wanted to be reflective on something I've been going through lately and figuring out how I could relate that to real estate. And so this series is going to be all about grief, how to deal with it and how that applies to the real estate market. Some of you may or may not know that recently I went through a bit of loss. In my family, and in order to deal with that, there were many aspects of life that I had to take into account, one of them being real estate holdings. Now it's sort of hard when you're in the grieving process to deal with something financial and something to do with numbers and something to do with a lot of, you know, other people's livelihood, basically depending on your choices. And so I thought it would be really interesting to do a series on the subject of grief. How we process it and how it relates to business choices and in particular, real estate transactions. So for the next series of a few videos, I'm going to be talking about nuts and bolts of what you need to know when you're going through the grieving process, giving yourself the time, but making the financial decisions that you have to in terms of real estate to get the job done.
