Shalimar [Indian Takeaway] Success Story – Portsmouth, UK Our CrazyGraph team delivered remarkable results for Shalimar, an Indian Takeaway in Portsmouth, UK, in just three months. Here’s what Shalimar achieved after partnering with the CrazyGraph Marketing Team: -847 business interactions (starting from 0 in August!) -5,523 profile views on their Google My Business (GMB) listing. -3,071 searches displayed their business profile in search results. -300 direct calls made through their GMB profile. -218 clicks for directions to their takeaway. -281 clicks to visit their Facebook page. We’re excited to have HomeCooks on the ENVOY growth platform! 🚀 They're a unique marketplace connecting food lovers with authentic, handcrafted dishes by incredibly skilled independent chefs. It started as a serendipitous conversation (...OK the omnipresent Federico Traeger played a part) with their inspirational co-founder Joshua M. about community! The HomeCooks online community defined their journey during Covid. We quickly realised a joint passion for “WOW! moments” and how important word-of-mouth is in communities - in their case those who value restaurant quality ready meals from independent chefs. We quickly set up a proof of concept based on innovative user journey's by Francisco Fidalgo (I’m not going to give it away, you have to try their product…) In short, if you have a WOW! moment in your product and you want to reward a “next action” from your users to generate organic growth and community, start thinking in terms of word-of-mouth and what tools you can use efficiently in the digital and social realm.
