This might sound obvious, but here it is: Just because December is the end of the year doesn’t mean you need to speed up - or change anything - just to fit everything in before January. And just because January is the start of a new year doesn’t mean you have to set resolutions. I’ve seen posts saying things like: 🌿 December is for healing 🕊️ December means less pressure and more peace 📅 The last month of the year is for XYZ While setting intentions and being deliberate about our choices is important, it’s not something that should depend on the time of year. Do what you need to do.. In December. In January. In May. What matters is that you’re doing what works for you, all year round.
