Risk it All for Growth! “Taking no risks will be your biggest risk.” This simple yet powerful reminder pushes us to step out of our comfort zones. Whether it's ->risking failure to achieve success ->risking heartbreak for love ->risking criticism for the applause The essence of growth lies in embracing the unknown. In our careers, the same principles apply. Playing it safe might keep us steady, but true progress requires daring to be extraordinary. Don’t just aim for the ordinary—strive for the remarkable. #GrowthMindset #RiskAndReward #CareerGrowth #Motivation #linkedin #Elma #letsconnect

I'm not here to sugarcoat anything. the world will throw everything it's got at you. It'll test your limits, push you to your breaking point, and then some. I’ve been there, multiple times, completely lost and wanted to quit. But here's the thing: it's not about how hard life hits you. It's about how hard you can hit back. It's about summoning that inner beast within you. In my mind there's no room for complacency, no time for excuses. It's about facing adversity head-on, staring it dead in the eye, and refusing to back down. I get it. It's not easy. It's not supposed to be. But let me tell you something: the pain, the struggle, the adversity—it's all part of the process. It's what shapes us, molds us. So, when life knocks you down—and mark my words, it will—don't you dare stay down. Rise up. Rise up with a fire burning in your soul, with a hunger for victory that cannot be extinguished. Because let me tell you something, my friends: the world belongs to those who refuse to give up. Before 4 years, I faced a crossroads: Stay in my comfort zone or take a leap into the unknown. Fear whispered, "You can't do it." But a tiny spark of self-belief said, "What if you can?" I chose to listen to that spark. The journey wasn't easy: • I stumbled often • Doubt crept in daily • Progress felt painfully slow But I persisted. Each small win fueled my confidence. Each setback taught resilience. Today, that leap led me to coach others through their own transformations. The lesson? Your self-belief is like a muscle. Train it daily. It's never too late to rewrite your story. What leap are you considering? Trust that inner voice urging you forward. #PersonalDevelopment #BeliefInYourself #YEGLeaders #AlbertaCEOs #EdmontonExcellence #LeadershipYEG #AlbertaCoaching #YEGBizGrowth #EdmontonInnovation #AlbertaExecutives #YEGMentalHealth #EdmontonSocialImpact #AlbertaTraining #YEGEntrepreneurs #EdmontonDiversity #AlbertaResilience #YEGStrategyMasters #EdmontonTransformation #AlbertaBizSuccess #YEGExecutiveCoach #EdmontonTeamBuilding #AlbertaLeadershipHub #YEGBusinessMindset #EdmontonEmpowerment #AlbertaCEONetwork #YEGChangemakers #EdmontonBizEcosystem @NimirRaval

So many of us fall into the trap of waiting – waiting for the perfect moment, waiting to hit a certain milestone, waiting for someone else's approval. But here's the truth: there's no perfect time. You can't control how others people see you or what they think about you. Like when you say no to someone and they think you are rude. Your stomach is in knots and all you keep thinking about is how you shouldn’t have said no because then they wouldn’t think you’re selfish and rude. Or conversely when you say yes and they think you are saying yes just earn points. And your face gets hot because you are so frustrated that no matter what you do it seems to be wrong. ….And that’s because in either instance you don’t have control of what they think about you or your actions. What you *can* control is how you see yourself, talk to yourself, and accept yourself. So, where are you going to spend your energy? Imagine the possibilities if you live in by taking action that’s feels good to you. Action that aligns with your values, rather than chasing external validation. That chase leaves you feeling tired and exhausted. When you prioritize self-acceptance and self leadership, you create a life that's authentically yours. You don’t control their narrative, but you can own yours. Coach with me and learn how to shift your focus inward, build your self-worth, and live a life true to your values. Message me to get going. #coaching #work #growth #people #investment #personaldevelopment #limitingbeliefs #mindsetcoach #highperformancecoach #livejoyyourway #selftalk #selfleadership #selfacceptance #liveyourvalues #liveyourstrengths #liveyourpotential

Never become focused in the rear view mirror that you forget the present!!! I recently had a great conversation with a former colleague and we were discussing his frustration over one of our past ventures having fallen on difficult times. He mentioned to me how in some ways he was glad they were failing, because they failed at the time to heed our words of advice on critical changes that could have made tremendous operational differences. I challenged that line of thinking by reminding him we should never take satisfaction in the failures of others. While at the time, we truly believed our recommendations to be the very best course of action, and ownership refused to follow those recommendations, I take no personal pleasure in the demise of that operation. I am proud of past accomplishments and what our team was successful at. I focus on controlling what I can and the rest I remind myself daily to just let go. In life, in business, it is essential to reflect upon and learn from the past however, I am laser focused on the present and not reflective on every past success or failure. Life teaches us constantly in both our success and failure. Dont ever take pleasure in anyone's personal or business failures. Focus on yourself, your own personal growth, improving your team, improving and growing every day in your own life. Letting go of petty jealousy, anger, past instances when we believe we were wronged is essential to our continued growth and progression. Live and thrive in the moment, focus on savoring the day, and take incremental steps forward every single day!!! #letsgo #strengthandhonor #mindset #growth

When I receive a response to the selection questions I ask of potential mentees, it’s such a shame when… …after they see the 12 month program and the commitment involved they suddenly retreat back into their shell. What starts off all courageous and determined deteriorates into excuses and reasons for not being bold enough to put their words into actions. It goes to show that the overriding majority of us just aren’t willing to do what it takes to achieve the desires put into our hearts. And this is so disheartening for the people (and their families) involved because they are leaving their greatness inside of them. They are resigning to playing it small. They are settling for the safe harbour of the known. Stepping up to a new level isn’t meant to be easy. Stepping up is going to cause disruption and uncertainty in our minds. But we have to accept this is going to be the case and counter it with a large dose of boldness and fearlessness. We can wait until ‘the right time’, whenever that is…but remember that the longer we leave it, the greater the chance of our egos taking control. Remember that nothing great was ever achieved with comfort and certainty. All great achievements and desires involve a degree of upset and hardship. We have to be willing to suffer in some way shape or form. You have to choose between the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. But in the end the latter is far greater. And the person that you become in the meantime is unquestionably worth it. Please, whatever your path in life, don’t leave your greatness that’s within you inside of you. You have so much more to offer this world. #leadership #success #greatness

It is okay to let go of the small battles to win the War!!! Recently, during a conversation with friends, we were discussing something that quickly went into an argument. The topic wasn’t aligned with my core values, and I found myself at a crossroads. I had two choices: ⭐ I could invest my time trying to convince everyone of my perspective, explaining the rationale behind my thinking. Or ⭐ I could simply go with the flow, avoid the debate, and redirect my energy toward something more meaningful—something aligned with my larger goals. 🎯 At that moment, I realized that even though I didn’t 100% agree with what was going on, winning that argument wasn’t really what I was seeking. I thought it through for a bit and decided to let the argument go, saving my time and energy so I could focus on the projects I truly wanted to work. 🔄 This experience reminded me that, in life, we often get caught up chasing small wins or temporary happiness which takes us away from our real goals. If i had chosen to spend more time on the argument, I might have won and satisfied my ego for some time and happiness of winning that argument but in the long run, surely it would have distracted me from my work and higher goals. Sometimes, letting go of these smaller battles helps you stay on track for the long-term war you actually want to win. It’s all about being mindful of where to invest your time, energy, and focus. Do share your thoughts in the comments, and take a moment to check where is your focus today. #Stayfocused #Trainyourbrain #wisdom #mindsetmatters #growth #goals

It's easy to get comfy in our little corners of the world, isn't it? Same old routine, same old people, same old everything. Been in a position for too long? Been doing the same thing like forever? Been comfortable where you are? That's how your world changes beyond your control. You are taken by surprise when there is a team reduction or a role change or relationships peter out like dwindling health and finance. Be it in your career, your business, your relationships or financial and well-being - it is time to make a move when you are still for too long. Do something different to make a difference. Progress is the result of movement. Staying in one place for too long can feel safe, but it can also be a sneaky little trap. It's like that muscle you never use – it gets weak, right? Flex those life muscles and shake things up a bit. Standing still is dangerous when it's time to make a move. You're the captain of your ship. Chart a new course, hoist those sails, and let the adventure begin! What's one small step you can take to break out of your routine? Victory is in your hands. Be cool. Be classy. Be victorious. If this post inspired you, tap the heart to recommend it to others. #farzanasuri #victorycoach #motivation #coaching #lifecoach #numerologist #victoryisinyourhands #inspiration #leadership #lifelessons
