2024: A year of change This is the year things started to click for me. After countless late nights, hard work, and lessons from failures, we finally hit milestones I once only dreamed about. Some of the most memorable highlights: - Got into Techstars - Raised $220k for DearFlow from Angels and TS - Spent 3 intense months in Berlin - Assembled a team I’m incredibly proud of - Met so many amazing friends, founders, and mentors (especially in Berlin and Ho Chi Minh City) For 2025, the plan is simple: move faster, aim higher, and help millions get back their time from boring administrative work. No more overthinking or playing small. Just relentless action and focus to create something extraordinary! Let the games begin 🚀 What stood out for you in 2024?

As we close out 2024, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect—not just on the successes, but on the challenges and lessons that came with them. This year has been one of the toughest I’ve experienced as a founder, yet also one of the most rewarding. SaaStock continued to grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined when I first started. We hosted conferences in new locations, grew SaaStock USA, and brought thousands of SaaS founders together across the globe. The energy, the connections, and the stories I’ve heard from the community remind me why we do this. But it wasn’t easy. Behind the scenes, we’ve had to navigate a tougher economic climate, tighter budgets, and the constant balancing act of delivering value while staying true to our mission. I’ve had to make hard calls, and find creative ways to keep moving forward. Personally, I’ve also felt the weight. Juggling SaaStock, BackFuture, and everything in between has been a marathon. There were times I skipped the breaks I promised myself I’d take, times I felt stretched too thin, and moments where the pressure felt relentless. But what I’ve learned this year is that resilience isn’t about never struggling. It’s about showing up anyway. It’s about recognising the small wins in the midst of the chaos. Like seeing a founder successfully closing a deal with a like-minded investor. Or sharing how Backfuture is gearing up to support SaaS startups on their journey to scale.  It’s about leaning on the people around you—my incredible team, our community of founders, and my own family—who remind me that I don’t have to figure it all out on my own. 2024 was a year of building—building events, building networks, and building myself. As I look ahead to 2025, I’m taking these lessons with me: ✔️ Celebrate the wins, no matter how small. ✔️ Rest is part of the process, not a luxury. ✔️ Stay true to your mission, even when the path gets rocky. To every founder reading this: keep going. The obstacles don’t define your journey; how you overcome them does. Here’s to another year of growth, challenges, and meaningful connections. This just happened. Our new joiner Jenver had their "Wow" moment with our upcoming product. You know the moment when someone tries it and says "This changes everything." For SaaS startups, these "Wow" moments are pure gold. Here’s why: 1️⃣ Validation: It’s proof you’re solving a real problem. 2️⃣ Advocacy: People naturally share when they’re excited - turning users into promoters. 3️⃣ Retention: A product that wows keeps users coming back. Building these moments isn’t easy. It takes empathy, iterations, and listening to feedback from your team and users. But when you see it click? It’s worth every late night. Keep chasing those “Wow” moments. They’re how startups turn into movements. I’ll share some of our customers’ Wow moments in an upcoming post. Haven't done this in a while! What started as a shared vision to change how people of all ages experience the nightlife industry is now a reality. After leaving my role at Stone & Chalk, where I watched startup founders from the sidelines, I took the leap into the startup world myself. The journey from concept to reality has been both thrilling and daunting. From late-night brainstorming sessions to pivoting our strategies to meet market needs, it’s given me an eye-opening look into the challenges founders face. The launch was a big moment, with a lot of excitement about bringing our concept to life, mixed with the anxiety of public reception. Would the market accept us? Despite technical issues and moments of panic, the launch was met with incredible public support. Seeing people genuinely enjoying what we had created was an indescribable feeling. Achieving milestones we didn't think we'd see for a long time has been a whirlwind. Here are some of our key wins: - Reached 1,000 users within a month in market  - Established multiple strategic partnerships to enhance our offerings. - Collaborated on activations with industry-leading brands, elevating our market presence. We're continually refining our processes, expanding our reach, and innovating to ensure we create an experience that is as impactful as possible for our users. I am immensely proud of what we've achieved and grateful for the team and community that have joined us on this journey.
