I love GTM. But the problem is insanely the same everywhere I’ve been: *FP&A, CRO, GTM, Sales VP, Rev Ops each has a model. It’s on a spreadsheet, tricked out with formulas and workflows. *There are four of these people for every 100 employees, so it becomes a large team. One of those FP&A, CRO, GTM, Sales VP, Rev Ops leaders changes every 6 months *New leader(s) comes in with (wait for it) their own model with workflows and formulas on a spreadsheet. And there you have it. We start and stop and start and stop, and wait for the new leader and no growth model ever takes hold-running with momentum. This is called Revenue Breakage. And as I look back, it’s hundreds of millions of dollars breaking. It’s the reason boards get frustrated. And why CEO’s don’t trust revenue models. For the first time I’m seeing a consistent, AI driven revenue model, running in the background on the CRM-no matter who’s spreadsheet is shinier. We just closed an amazing quarter, with some great new logos and our customers are speaking for us. They’re not churning and the ROI is through the roof.
