Coming out of Thanksgiving, it's time to get back into the groove and make the most of our workdays. Especially Mondays. When we're our freshest. The last few years have taught me a few key practices that keep me focused and productive: → Start with a clear plan → Prioritize high-impact tasks → Take regular breaks → Maintain a clutter-free workspace → Stay hydrated and nourished → Set boundaries for screen time and collaboration And end each day with reflection. Simple, but it works. After all the holiday festivities, getting back to basics is what helps me regain my momentum and move toward my goals. What are some of your go-to strategies for getting back on track after a break? 💫

Weekends: A Gentle Reminder of Life’s True Priorities It's essential to remember this simple truth: time spent with the people we care about is never wasted. The moments we carve out for laughter, conversation, and reflection define the true quality of our lives. Weekends are a gentle reminder that we are more than our productivity. They teach us that the most profound experiences don’t come from relentless effort but from choosing to pause, breathe, and enjoy those we cherish. These are the moments that fill our hearts, nourish our spirits, and remind us why we strive in the first place. So as we kick off this weekend, let’s commit to giving ourselves the gift of time—not just time filled with tasks or screens, but time filled with meaning. Let’s be intentional in our conversations, generous with our attention, and grateful for the simple joy of togetherness. Because at the end of the day, when we look back, we won’t count the number of meetings we attended or emails we sent. We’ll remember the shared smiles, the deep connections, and the warmth of being surrounded by those who truly matter. Enjoy your weekend. Make it memorable, make it count, and never forget: time together is time well spent. #PhoenixCIA #WisdomForTheWeekend #EmbraceTheMoment #MeaningfulTime #LifeWellLived

Happy Friday, everyone! 🎉 As we welcome the weekend, let’s take a moment to appreciate the little things that make our days brighter. Whether it’s the morning coffee that kickstarts your day, the unexpected compliment from a colleague, or the feeling of accomplishment after a productive week - there’s always something to be grateful for. 😊 Let’s also remember that today marks the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere - the Summer Solstice! ☀️ Longer days mean more sunshine and more time to enjoy the outdoors. So why not step out for a bit today? Take a walk, have a picnic, or just bask in the sun’s warm embrace. And while we’re on the topic of light and warmth, let’s not forget the light that each one of us brings into the lives of others. Your smile, your kindness, and your expertise don’t just make a difference in your workplace; they contribute to a brighter world. 💡 So here’s to a fun-filled Friday and a wonderful weekend ahead. Let’s keep shining and sharing our light with the world! #HappyFriday #SummerSolstice #LightAndFun

Weekend Walks 7.6.24…Hope everyone enjoyed their 4th Holiday! So many folks took advantage of the holiday falling on a THUR and made it an extra-long weekend/vacation. I decided to do the same as it has been a while since taking some time to decompress a little bit. I enjoyed the summertime weather, thought about so many things, can’t even begin to write about them all…I just know that the past month has been welcome, invigorating and challenging all in the same breath. I am finally starting to feel comfortable with my game plan for success, goals that need to be accomplished. I have taken so much from people on Lin and other sites, reading what has worked for some, might not for others and how to filter out some of the nonsense too…way too many “successful” people spewing some not so accurate information! So, while it is great to lean into others, listen to other’s people advice on what worked for them, I am thinking that we can’t be lulled into everything we hear or read. One must find his/her own path towards success. You should possess the EI to know your strengths and weaknesses, capitalizing on the strengths and building upon the shortcomings. Rise and shine and let's all get after it! Have a great week out there! #mondaymotivation #weekendwalks #letsfetafterit

🧚♀️ With the Holy Week holidays coming up, it's easy to get caught up in the extra rest days. However, it's important to remember that those days off can come with a downside - having to do everything in fewer days 😅. Here's my plan to make the most of my time: ➡️ Plan my week with specific focus time in my calendar ➡️ Write down all the tasks I need to complete and list them according to deadlines and priorities ➡️ Let clients & candidates know I will not be around during the holidays ➡️ Put some music on and get things done By taking these steps, I can enjoy my time off while still being productive. How do you plan on making the most of your holiday time? #productivitytips #holidayplanning

𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁-𝘀𝗼-𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀? The undone chores, the missed opportunities, the goals left unmet... 🤔 But what if we looked at weekends from a different angle? What if they're not just time to rewind and slow down… …but also a reminder that life's unpredictability can lead to unexpected adventures and growth opportunities. 🌟 Instead of waiting for weekends to be the pinnacle of happiness… It's good to make every day a chance to find the silver lining… Even in the smallest moments. Whether it's a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or a spontaneous evening walk… We can embrace the beauty of life's simplicity. So, have a blast this weekend– But see it as a gentle nudge to appreciate life's journey, both the highs and the lows.
