Proud to be part of this team. 🎉 Last week, we had our company Christmas event, and it left me feeling incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team. Events like these remind me of a simple truth: We don’t just identify ourselves by the people we spend the most time with, but also by those we compare ourselves to and look up to. 🌟 Being part of a team that inspires me to grow and aim higher is a privilege. I’m looking forward to what’s ahead in the next year. Who inspires you in your daily life—personally or professionally? 🤔 “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” #Team #GrowthMindset #ReflectionFriday

This is an appreciation post for the amazing Team I belong to. Over the last year, we have faced several challenges but also delivered significant results, always nurturing a positive and collaborative environment, where we “work hard, have fun and make history” together. This attention to People and Teambuilding is one of the elements I like the most of my job and I am truly grateful for this. PS: If interested, I am sharing here an article I have recently read, which reinforces the importance of friendships and People to fight against loneliness, which is spreading as a new epidemic, due to social changes: https://lnkd.in/dy8Q-SRu

Happy World Champagne Day! 🥂 A reminder to celebrate. As professionals, we often find ourselves caught up in the hustle, focusing on what’s next on our to-do lists. However, it’s equally important to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments, both big and small. Celebrating achievements, whether it’s hitting a target or completing a challenging project, reinforces our hard work and motivates us for the future. Recognising milestones fosters a positive work culture and strengthens relationships within our teams. Let’s remember that collaboration and support are essential for our continued growth. Each success, no matter how small, contributes to our personal and professional development. Let’s take the time to pop that champagne and celebrate our journeys. Here’s to future successes and the moments that make all the hard work worthwhile. Cheers! 🥂✨ #worldchampagneday #celebratesuccess #professionalgrowth

This month’s Company Update was a special one, filled with great news, milestones, and achievements. We're thrilled that Tamara Lewis has been recognised as our Hero of the Quarter! 👏 Her hard work and unwavering dedication have made a huge impact on the team and the company overall. As a company, we continue to push forward with exciting projects and hit key milestones, and it’s moments like these that remind us how much our people contribute to our progress. We’ve had a great quarter, and we couldn’t be prouder of the collective efforts that have brought us here. From new initiatives to ongoing growth, it’s clear we’re on the right path. Of course, no celebration would be complete without some delicious treats! A huge thank you to Hannah Culley's Cakes & The Butchers Mate for the amazing cakes. Here’s to more achievements and continued success, with a team that knows how to work hard and celebrate together! #CompanyUpdate #HeroOfTheQuarter #EmployeeRecognition #Teamwork #Celebration #LeadingResolutions

Yesterday we had our Fairlop Pharmacy festive dinner and celebrated a team member for completing his degree. As he addressed the team he described the ways in which working with us has had a positive impact on him, a lot of which I was unaware of, but feel deeply validated by. When running a #business for long time, with the intention of #positive #impact on colleagues as well as service users, the space is open for not only the desirable but also not-so-desirable outcomes. The ups and downs are inevitable and there is a tendency to focus on what has gone wrong and how to improve rather than how to nurture what is going well, when we can make space for both. The #challenges can be #overwhelming, the #fear can be gripping, the pressure can be crippling and the #self-doubt can be rife and the demand on #time and energy makes it difficult to process the heavy stuff. We need to be well-#resourced and #nourished to be able to bring our awareness to these experiences. By allowing space for their #expression, we make space for the #belief, #joy, #confidence and #compassion that makes it possible to not only receive but to accept the wins. #Celebrating the wins cultivates our capacity for joy and nurtures the belief that we are making an impact even when we can’t see it. I am grateful for the times that I do get to hear about it. It always helps. Always at the right time.

Every year we joke about having my work Christmas party - being self-employed means it’s just me and my husband Lloyd Yeoman CeMAP. Behind many a solopreneur is a supportive partner, cheering them on from the sidelines, providing a seatbelt for the rollercoaster of self-employment; and giving them a kick up the 🍑 when they need it! Six years into going it alone, without the stability of steady salary, the structure of being employed; and a team to help get the job done - my one steadfast has been this man. With many traits of a high-performing team, we make it work! I couldn’t do what I do without him, and he couldn’t do what he does without me. We respect and value what we individually and collectively bring to the table. He might have raised his eyebrows 👀 when I decided to train as a Wim Hof 🧊 instructor and head to the Pyrenees for a week last year; and when I continued my interest in the power of the breath this year - but he knows constantly learning and evolving is what makes me me 😂 Teams don’t have to be just in a work setting, they apply to family life too. So this Christmas we’re celebrating another year of teamwork! What are you celebrating? #leadership #coaching #teamwork

🅲🅴🅻🅴🅱🆁🅰🆃🅸🅽🅶 🅾🆄🆁 🅲🅾🅻🅻🅴🅰🅶🆄🅴 🅷🅰🅿🅿🆈 🅳🅰🆈🆂: 🅱🅴🅷🅸🅽🅳 🆃🅷🅴 🆂🅲🅴🅽🅴🆂 🎉 ... At our Office, every milestone big or small is a reason to celebrate, and our “Colleague Happy Days” have become a tradition we look forward to. Behind the scenes, it’s more than just an event; it’s a way of reminding each other that we’re seen, valued, and appreciated. ⏺️ From organizing a surprise board full of inspiring quotes our team members have shared to personal messages of appreciation, we make it a day that’s all about celebrating who they are and what they bring to our journey together. Here’s how it usually goes: Iheanacho Nwokearu once said, “Success is about the journey and the people with you.” It’s fitting that on their day, we surprise them with messages and moments from our journey together, highlighting how they’ve made each step meaningful. For Ugochi Jideofor-Okoro B.SC, MBA, ACIB , CSM true motivator who reminds us, “We’re only as strong as our unity,” we create a collage of moments where teamwork made the dream work. It’s amazing how revisiting these times reinforces the bond we share. And for those who constantly encourage us to grow, like Christiana Chilezie who always says, “Learn and lead with kindness,” we bring everyone together to share what we’ve learned from them. It’s heartwarming and shows how a simple act of kindness goes a long way. These days are a reminder of the positive impact each of us has on the team. The laughter, the camaraderie, and the genuine connection are what make us not just colleagues but a community. Celebrating “Colleague Happy Days” isn’t just a tradition—it’s a testament to our belief in lifting each other up. 👇 Yesterday was about Godwin Favour 🔥🌟 What about your team? Do you have a special way of celebrating each other behind the scenes? I’d love to hear your own stories and traditions that bring you together! #TeamCulture #CelebrateEachOther #BehindTheScenes #CompanyTraditions #WorkplaceCommunity #Growthmindset
