This is one of my favorite scenes in one of my favorite movies - Forrest Gump. In the scene, one of the women Forrest and Lt. Dan are celebrating New Year's Eve says... "Don't you just love New Year's? You get to start all over." It's clear that she and the other woman had probably a pretty rough life. To her, the New Year brought the promise of a "Do Over". And if you think about it, we all get a do over. What's past is past. We can only affect the present and the future. So embrace your do over! Happy New Year! #medtechrecruiter #hightechrecruiter #marketingrecruiter #salesrecruiter

As we approach the mid-year mark, it’s an opportune moment to pause and reflect on our collective journey. This year, we've embraced change, faced new challenges head-on, and strived to lead fulfilling lives both professionally and personally. Take a moment to celebrate your successes and learn from your failures. Let the constant ebb and flow of life guide you, and remain steadfast in your journey without being swayed by others' opinions or expectations. Remember, we do not walk this path alone. Acknowledge and thank those who have supported you—friends, family, mentors, and colleagues who have been by your side through every twist and turn. Their support is invaluable and will continue to be a cornerstone of your success. You are powerful beyond measure. Tap into your inner strength, replenish your spirit, and continue to be authentically you. Let’s embrace the second half of the year with renewed energy and unwavering resolve. #MidYearReflection #EmbraceChange #Gratitude #PersonalGrowth #ProfessionalDevelopment
