Rob Beardsley Occupancy rates directly impact property performance by influencing rental income, operational costs, and property valuation. There are a couple things to consider regarding occupancy, Economic occupancy and market occupancy. Economic occupancy is the actual revenue from the residents that are actually paying. Market occupancy - the average occupancy of the comparable properties in the Area.
