Tip of the Day - If you want to sell your home for top dollar, knowing how to add value is key. Trust me when I say this! The showing starts at the street, the moment the buyer arrives. Landscape should be clean, free of leaves and debris, trees trimmed and add a pop of color. Same with the back yard. If you have animals, pick up the "mess", nobody wants to see that. Sweep the leaves and the patio, cover the grill and add a pop of color. Patio furniture should be neat and dust free. Also, consider an outdoor rug and coordinating accents to dress up the space. Storage sheds should be neatly organized and any chemicals removed. Gates should not have missing wood or broken hardware. Remember, buyers LOVE outdoor living, so make yours stand out.
