If I had to pick a favorite of your tips...I would say 6 digital notebooks and 8 peer tutoring.
Turning learning into games is a great one. Games are especially useful for working on math skills in a fun, low-pressure way. I am especially fond of non-electronic games because students already spend so much of their time on a screen!
Great list WhyMaker! I especially like the idea of kids creating surveys and polls - I think this practice goes a long way in teaching kids that there are more opinions and ideas than just their own.
