True leadership begins when we stop letting others define us and instead embrace our own stories—strengths, struggles, and all. No one else can write your story. It’s time to lead with authenticity, inspire real change, and transform the spaces we’re in by creating our own narrative. Let’s redefine what leadership looks like, on our terms. 🌟 Shout out to Women in Leadership by Betty Aquino

The future of leadership. Now
Our event today is for the people of tomorrow. One such person is Jophiel Summer, a local student councillor. Jophiel kickstarted our event – “Humanizing Leadership in the AI World" – with a plea. A plea that we keep her generation, and future generations, at the heart of the decisions we make today. Jophiel spoke beautifully and gave attendees pause for thought on how her generation - Gen Alpha – can provide valuable insight to the multi-generational leaders in attendance today. #WomensMonthSA International Women’s Forum of South Africa African Women Chartered Accountants (AWCA)
