"Why do so many people feel frustrated, stuck, or drained of energy?" That’s a question I’ve been asking myself for years. No matter where I am - at work, with clients, or even on a plane or bus 😉 - people open up to me about their struggles. It’s something I’ve always attracted, and I truly value these honest conversations. Over the years, I’ve learned that much of this frustration comes down to one thing: a lack of recognition. People feel unseen, unheard, and unappreciated. But here’s the surprising part: when we dig deeper, I often find they don’t fully recognize their own value either. They don’t see how they can make a real difference or what unique contribution they bring to the table. This realization changed my career. I’m still a pharmacist and strategist at heart—someone who loves creating brands and crafting strategies to help companies stand out. But I’ve also combined that with my passion for the people side of business. I spent years training as a holistic psychotherapist, coach, and trainer, building a toolbox to help people and teams find their added value. After 20+ years working with this toolbox, I realized I had created my own system that truly works.
