Don’t Lose Sight of the Human Aspect We can often find ourselves consumed by processes and procedures. These frameworks are essential—they help us maintain consistency, measure results, and scale effectively. But there’s a pitfall we must avoid: becoming so focused on how things are done that we lose sight of who is doing them. Remember, the heartbeat of any organization is its people—living, breathing, emotional, and unique individuals.
