No matter how much AR ,VR and AI driven tech we contemplate to use in hotels the heart and soul of any hotel chain or brand are it's staff it's people. They handle the moments of truth and convert them into moments of delight for the guest. That's where the magic happens when first timers/ adopters are turned to repeat guests and with consistent operational excellence and personalized meaningful brand interventions/ engagement repeat guests become a part of your loyal tribe. The result: a legion of walking talking marketing mouth pieces, in simple words Brand Advocates Well crafted brand flim by Hyatt India and its creative agency.
#MadeWithLove When I joined Hyatt - I was told one thing constantly - Your Delhi hotel makes amazing food. "I was there for my anniversary / birthday / I loved going there as a kid / It was our family dinner space / I met my wife there for the first time / I proposed there/ etc etc." That's the power of food, I always wondered. Excited to share our latest campaign that talks about something that everyone thinks, shares, talks, and misses - FOOD! As a five-star hotel chain, we wear many hats. But food and beverage are our way of saying we care for you, and this is our way of connecting with you. At our restaurants we make new rules, challenge the norms and set new benchmarks for ourselves. Through this campaign - we wanted to communicate these timeless values that has defined us for decades in a way that is uniquely us. That's why we say 'Made with love, cherished forever'. This campaign is for all those memories you made at Hyatt hotels and many more to come. 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡. While many see them as a busy time, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. Think about it : people are eager to celebrate, travel, and indulge. This creates a surge in demand. Savvy hospitality businesses are tapping into this by diversifying their offerings. Seasonal menus, themed events, and unique experiences attract more guests. This isn’t just about filling rooms or tables. It’s about building lasting relationships. Focus on creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back long after the festivities end. Invest in training your staff to deliver exceptional service. A well-trained team can turn a one-time visitor into a loyal patron. 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭. At The Oberoi Hotel in Lombok, I discovered that the highest form of hospitality is not about reacting to your customers’ requests. Here, an extra towel or a bottle of water by the beach arrives before you realise you need it, just like at home. The Oberoi calls this “anticipatory service.” New employees are trained for months in the fine art of prediction. They observe guests, notice subtle cues, and respond proactively. Every detail, from the warm welcome to the fond farewell, delivers the unexpected. Marketers call these customer touchpoints. By understanding the unspoken, they create a unique connection. Here, service is a silent conversation, and it speaks volumes. What if we all met our clients’ needs before they even asked? Whether in hospitality or professional services, great work starts with anticipation. #lbfalumni #skyhightower

🌟 Celebrating 21+ Years in Hospitality! 🌟 This year marks my 21st year in the hospitality game, and I can't help but look back with gratitude at the incredible journey so far 🎉 From orchestrating events that people remember to curating fine dining experiences that leave taste buds dancing, it's been a wild ride. What fuels my fire? Understanding the ins and outs of what makes the hospitality industry tick. It's not just about the fancy stuff; it's about getting what clients need and making it happen. But you know what really lights me up these days? It's about helping others in the industry succeed. Sharing my knowledge, my insights, and my experiences to lift others up. Because after 21 years, I've learned that success isn't just about what you achieve; it's about what you inspire others to achieve too. Every event, every dining experience - it's about nailing the details and going above and beyond. Over the years, I've learned to anticipate needs, read between the lines, and deliver more than expected. Big shoutout to all the amazing clients and teams I've had the pleasure of working with. Your trust and collaboration have been the heartbeat of this journey. Here's to more years of pushing boundaries, creating unforgettable moments, and just doing what we love in the hospitality world! 🥂 #Hospitality #HospitalityLife #EventPro #Chef #Cheflife

Indians are spending big on weddings with average budget of Rs 36.5 lakh and Rs 51 lakh for destination weddings. Costs have increased due to higher venue and catering expenses. This represents a 7% overall increase compared to 2023. Rising venue and catering costs, which have increased by over 10% year-on-year, are primarily driving the increased expenses.

Here’s how Diwali impacts various aspects in Hotels: Increased Bookings & Footfall: Diwali is one of the biggest festive seasons in India, often leading to higher occupancy rates in hotels and increased reservations at restaurants. Hospitality teams need to gear up for higher volumes, manage bookings efficiently, and ensure a seamless experience despite the rush. Festive Menus & Decor: To attract and engage guests, many hotels and restaurants launch special Diwali menus featuring festive delicacies and themed decor. The Food & Beverage team plays a central role here, curating traditional and fusion dishes, while ensuring quality and timely service. Events & Banquets: Corporate Diwali parties, family gatherings, and festive events are common during this time. Banquet teams usually handle a larger number of events, with customized services and themes. Event management teams often work closely with clients to bring unique, memorable experiences. Promotions & Packages: Diwali packages that bundle stay, dining, and festive experiences are popular. Marketing teams focus on promotions to attract both local guests and travelers, often collaborating with travel platforms to enhance visibility and bookings. Guest Experience: Diwali is all about hospitality and joy, so guest experience teams have a big role in making guests feel at home. The extra warmth and cultural touches – like traditional welcome rituals, small gifts, and personalized attention – make a lasting impression. Operational Challenges: With the increased footfall, maintaining quality service while ensuring efficient operations can be a challenge. Hospitality teams often work in extended shifts and must manage inventory, staffing, and service standards to accommodate the festive rush. For the hospitality team, Diwali is both a peak performance period and an opportunity to make a lasting impact with exceptional service and festive cheer. The Diwali season can be a bustling and rewarding time for the hospitality industry, especially for teams involved in operations, food & beverage, guest services, and event planning. Cheers to all my Hotelier and hospitality partner mates

this is how we do it..
The festive spirit was in full swing as we came together to blend a delightful mix of dried fruits, nuts, and spices—setting the stage for the holiday season ahead. This cherished tradition not only celebrates the joy of togetherness but also symbolizes the warmth and anticipation of festivities. #ThrowBack #IHGHotels
