It's Mental Health Awareness Week in 2024... And we're STILL talking about whether or not workplace wellbeing should be a priority. We're still seeing wellbeing budgets cut first. We're still seeing employees hiding their mental health conditions in fear of judgement. We're still seeing deep-rooted stigma in organisations that feels impossible to break. In 2024, it truly feels like there is no excuse anymore. We're done with the awareness part. Now it's time to take action.
