Handling time management is hard because we've got a lot of stuff to deal with every day. Sometimes, we have things that don't need to be done right now, but we have time now. So what's the solution? It's actually a quick and easy tip. Mickey Steck asked for a quick video on time management; here's what I do, and it's simple. It's really straightforward. To be good at time management, I do two things. First, I use a calendar for all scheduled events. This is especially handy with today's online calls; just click from your agenda right into the meeting. Second, I use a daily to-do list. Just a list of stuff you've got to finish in one day. That's it. Easy and straightforward. One thing I try to do is take on one of the harder jobs first. Usually, that leaves room for the smaller to-dos that can be squeezed in between meetings throughout the day. #timemanagement #productivity #tasklist
