I’m having the same issue. Yesterday I tried 3 different times and was on hold for over and hour and had to give up. This is today and I’m holding as I type. Insurance also tried to call and confirm payment and they got no one to answer as well as and also a provider tried to call and said they couldn’t wait on hold. So beyond frustrated!!!!

I'm on hold for 17 minutes already after being hung up on once. Poor customer service.
