Dear Valued Customers, We will be upgrading our Mobile Banking platforms on Thursday 9 January 2025 from 12am – 4am. During this time, the Westpac Mobile Banking app as well as our USSD feature (dialling *149#) will be unavailable for customers. We sincerely apologise for any disruption in service and encourage customers to use our Internet Banking platform to access their accounts during this upgrade.
