𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝! 🤓 What can partnerships between #startups and successfully established #companies look like? Svenja M. Natascha Möller Lukas Theisen Bernhard (Bernie) Lorig asked themselves these and many other questions in the last workshop with Protellus: Sustainable Innovation Consultancy 💡. As part of our incubation, we have dedicated ourselves to crowd innovation, 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙙 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 and knowledge outside it's own bubble. This can lead to more innovation and new approaches for the business model, for example. What initially sounds like a very one-sided process must also offer added value for the crowd. This is exactly what we tried to evaluate during our two-day workshop and, thanks to the support of our great #EXIST-startups from #Kaiserslautern and through the Gründungsbüro RPTU&HS Kaiserslautern, we were able to gain some important insights into this. How exactly the collaboration will look will be worked out in more detail in the near future, so stay tuned for the next steps. The new edition of the Austrian Startup Monitor is finally out and was presented yesterday at Federal Ministry of Labor and Economy. 🎉 🤩We are excited to share with you some of this year’s highlights from Carinthia: ▪️The average number of employees rose slightly in comparison to last year, from 3,3 to 3,9. ▫️The number of female founders has sunk and it is now 11,5%, in contrast to last year’s 15%. ▪️The share of green/social impact startups is 57,7%, which is on the higher end when set side by side to other federal states ▫️4,2% of all startups acquired more than 500000€ of external equity. We want to congratulate the whole AustrianStartups team on this amazing project and thank them, together with the Carinthian partner build!
