We're absolutely thrilled that our Founder, Katie Litchfield, had the chance to speak at Randstad's Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) event, "Paving the Way for Women Leaders", live-streamed globally to over 7,000 attendees. This topic is so close to our hearts, and we wanted to share a bit about why it means so much to us. When Katie founded WeQual, it wasn’t just a great business idea, it was a personal passion, as it is for every single one of us here. We get to see the incredible talent women bring to the table every day, and the game-changing impact they have on the biggest companies out there. The insights Katie shared at the event were born from years of dedicated experience and tenacity for our cause. Attendees were inspired by the practical advice they took away and the real-life stories of women who had trodden the leadership path before them. A truly unique experience. Here are five takeaways from Katie's talk that really stood out: ♦ Be Seen: Make sure your achievements don’t go unnoticed. Shine a spotlight on your successes. ♦ Communicate: Clear and strong communication can break down barriers and open doors. ♦ Step Out of Your Comfort Zone: Real growth happens when you push beyond what's familiar and safe. ♦ Sort Out Your Work/Life Balance: Finding a balance that works for you is crucial for long-term success and happiness. ♦ Aim Higher: Set ambitious goals and don’t be afraid to chase them. A huge thank you to the Randstad team, especially Myriam Beatove Moreale, CHRO, for putting together such a meaningful event and to everyone who joined in. It’s events like these that remind us why we do what we do. Let’s keep supporting each other and pushing for a future where everyone can thrive. #WomenInLeadership #WeQual #Randstad #GenderEquality #WomenEmpowerment

Keeping Our Promise: Advancing Women in Corporate Leadership at Almatis. Our commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace is our actionable mission that we are dedicated to fulfilling. As part of our Mission NeutrAL sustainability strategy, we've set an ambitious goal to increase our female talent in office roles to 40% by 2030. Today, we celebrate the progress we've made on that vision: In 2023, we reached a notable milestone: the proportion of women in our office talent pool increased to 34%, up from 30% in 2022. At the same time, the promotion rate of our female employees increased significantly, from 20% to 32%. This upward trend is also reflected in our leadership ranks, where women have increased from 18% to 27%, creating a more balanced and diverse workplace for all. We remain committed to advancing our leadership goals, continually improving mentoring and development programs for career growth, and refining our recruiting efforts to attract diverse talent. While we've made encouraging progress towards, our mission to inclusivity is stronger than ever, and we aim to set new standards of success and opportunity for all team members. #genderequity #inclusiveworkplace #corporateleadership #missionneutral #sustainability #peopleinprogress #successandopportunity

Empowering Women at the Workplace When you get inspired by your client's Initiatives at the workplace and try to inculcate such work culture in your organization, the results are simply wow! At Mira, we believe that diversity fuels innovation. We're proud of the talented team with 50% women on board and so much more in terms of individual differences. We take great pride in providing a context where people can thrive with their unique strengths and perspectives. Our dear clients helped redefine our way of empowerment and inclusivity. What has inspired us is the commitment to and development of women's leadership. We have experienced firsthand how creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and decision-making can benefit women, but it also stimulates a virtuous circle that serves to drive success overall. Mira understood that lesson and was able to fit that into the culture and in the way we approach events. So, from strategy meetings to successful events, Mira brings their women to the front to lead with creativity, passion, and excellence. When ladies rise, everyone rises; this is a principle we take into every corporate event we plan. As long as such partnership with our clients keeps reminding us of how businesses prosper under prioritized diversity, we carry such a vision forward. 💪✨ Capt Anand #WomenInLeadership #DiversityAndInclusion #WomenEmpowerment #MiraEvents #CorporateCulture #EventIndustry #EmpowerWomen

🌟 Empowering Women: The Impact of Enhanced Visibility 🌟 In today's rapidly evolving professional landscape, it's crucial for women to amplify their presence. Here's why: 1. Diverse Perspectives Drive Innovation: Women bring unique viewpoints to the table, fostering creativity and innovation. By presenting more, they enrich discussions and inspire novel solutions. 2. Leadership Representation Matters: Visibility breeds influence. When women step into the spotlight, they pave the way for future leaders, shattering glass ceilings and empowering others to follow suit. 3. Networking Opportunities Abound: Presenting offers invaluable networking opportunities, enabling women to connect with mentors, collaborators, and industry leaders, ultimately expanding their sphere of influence. 4. Personal Brand Enhancement: Presenting enhances personal branding, positioning women as experts in their field and boosting career advancement opportunities. Let's champion inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment by encouraging more women to step onto the stage and share their voices.
