Candidates spend way too much time worrying about the hard parts of interviewing, and completely skip over the easy ways to stand out. Gabriel at TensorZero lays it all out right here. You can grind leetcode all you want, but it’s a much more interesting conversation if you can talk about the company’s software, what it’s like to use it, and how you’d improve it. It’s as easy as stuff like: - Reading the docs - Understanding the use case - Trying the quick start or basic “hello world” (Founders and HMs, this is why you should make your product accessible if it’s possible - makes for much better interview content)
