Day 4 of #ITAdvent. Did you know that #Microsoft365 has a built-in messaging system? This was also new for me, but with Organization Messages the M365 admin can communicate specific news and updates to their users via Microsoft 365 apps and Windows. See the announcement here: https://lnkd.in/eMpCbmAW Now, this might not fit your needs and you require specific (E3/E5 or Enterprise) licenses for certain capabilities. But it might be a nice addition to your orgs (adoption) toolset for communication, besides mail, Teams and other means. It's currently rolling out and details can be found here: https://lnkd.in/etjuYsKW #SimplifyNow #Microsoft #Adoption

Microsoft 365 Blog : Backed by Power Automate #Microsoft365 #Office365 #SharePoint #Exchange #PowerAutomate #Compliance #Security #Office 365 blog In May, we introduced organizational messages in the Microsoft 365 admin center for public preview. Based on customer feedback, we have added new capabilities like delivering messages in Windows 10. Now, at Ignite 2024, we are excited to announce that organizational messages is available to commercial customers worldwide. Organizational messages help improve communication by allowing administrators, communication professionals, and leaders to reach people in their organizations through Microsoft products like Teams and Windows interfaces. This feature brings branded messages to enterprises, providing an engagement platform for them to use their voice and communicate with users through anchored popups in Windows 10 and 11 interfaces. Enterprises can use organizational messages to drive product adoption, send urgent notifications, and share important information with their organization. The feature allows for centralized message creation, management, and review. Some key features include central management of template-based messages, message creation, product locations for messages, message scheduling, flexible targeting, approval workflow, and message activity reporting. Organizational messages will enhance your organization's communication abilities and keep employees informed and engaged. Learn more about this feature and share how you are using it in your organization. Note that certain features may depend on enterprise licenses.
