Programming jam with the team today (yes, im a technical cofounder) moving our progress on this from 50% completion rate to 70%. In another 2 weeks, we should be good for private onboarding with selected operators - at no cost. Integrating Reyhut Automation with more than 100 booking platforms in the likes of Agoda, Traveloka and others - is not easy. Some tech friends even asked us to not build it due to the complexity. They were not wrong. It took most players more than 2 years to came up with one - can we do it in less than 8 months? Full OTA sync with live availability management and seamless rate management (plus dynamic rate powered by AI) will be our most important acceleration enabler. While we have a differentiating tech on the smart devices, feature parity on some key capabilities still is a must and we aim to tick this box within the next 6 months. Onward, upward! Agoda "Disappointing Experience with Agoda I recently had a frustrating encounter with Agoda's customer support team, and I feel compelled to share my experience. After booking a hotel through their platform, I encountered an issue with my reservation. I reached out to Agoda's support team, expecting assistance. Unfortunately, the response was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with: - Unresponsive chat support - Unhelpful email responses - Lack of empathy or understanding As a frequent traveler and loyal customer, I expect better from Agoda. Poor customer support can make or break a company's reputation. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Agoda? I'd love to hear your stories.
