The way you setup your 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 and 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 can get you denied for business credit cards and loans. Lenders and credit issuers want to see that you have a website. They also want that site to look professional, and clearly represent your company and what you offer. Your email address should be a professional email address, not a Yahoo or Gmail address. These are just a couple of the many requirements your email and website must have to meet lender and credit issuer approval standards. If you meet these standards, you can receive immediate automated approvals when you apply. But, if you don’t meet these standards, you’ll get denied and may never know why. This may seem simple. But did you know most commercial lenders and brokers do not provide this to their clients? This allowed our client in a quick 15 minute phone call to see all the options available to meet his timelines and goals, pick an option and move forward. Between the phone calls, texts, and conversations with the lenders to get all the information they needed to size this up, it took Carly Linzmeyer over 3 hours to assemble this data into an easily digestible format to take action and move forward. We do this for all our clients and its why we get so many referrals. And my go to quote from Thomas Sowell when it comes to life (and especially lending), "There are no solutions, only trade offs" What do you do for your clients to help them make their decision easier and quicker?

I spent the last 16 hours working on the sign and save transfer transactions and the sign and broadcast transfer transactions for the wallet. What a pain in the *** that was. Each has their own set of errors to handle. For example when signing you may have incorrect values. This is on the js side of things. Or you may have errors that the wallet address you are trying to send to, is not valid. This is on the srtErr side of things. When broadcasting you may have errors such as the application cannot connect to the node to broadcast. This is on the stdErr side of things. You may have errors such as insufficient funds. Because this is a return from the node this is on the stdOut side of things. Now because the transactions have to be converted to bytes before sending, I save the transactions even if they are going to be immediately broadcast. So with sign and broadcasting, I have to save the transaction, convert it to bytecode, then broadcast the transaction, then delete the transaction. I also created a button that I will work on tomorrow that allows one to view and broadcast their saved transactions. After that is finished, the transfer transaction part of the wallet will be finished. Then it will be on to the Lender Loans and Borrower loans part of the wallet. The lender will need to be able to generate loans, view loan terms, view loan paybacks that have been made, and claim collateral of loans that have not met their terms. The borrower will need to be able sign generated loans, view loan terms, view the paybacks made to their loans, and reclaim their collateral for completed loans that have met their terms. Will also have to write some rust functions to make some of this possible to lookup. Fun times.

Private money lending community❗️ Do account executives care more about their split OR how simple the company makes their job to close loans? example: You get up to 70% of the commission on a per deal basis. Or You get inbound leads, tools to nurture clients and a personal processor, but less of a split. Say, 20 basis points on total volume per month. If you HAD TO PICK ONE, which would you choose.
