Absolutely well said X. Eyeé! As I work on the framework for the artificial intelligence cybersecurity workforce development series, I tapped the brain of one of the most mind blowing polymaths I know. As one of the brilliant minds that can boil AI down to its basic elements such that the masses can understand it. Our session yesterday spanned discussions on the new chip technology that will power the next generation of AI, to the new AI only data centers, promise of more compute power, less energy consumption of neuromorphic chips and the tactics and techniques for testing the cyber resilience of AI. About the neuromorphic chips, intel’s Loihi experimental chip will consume less energy. It is rumored to be able to learn and then execute based upon what it has learned to include inference. There is another chip in the early stages that is designed to detect malware, the Zetoth chip as it has been named will be able to perform cognitive compute functions. IBM is thought to be a pioneer in neuromorphic chips. Stay tuned for announcements in the AI workforce development series. As X. Perhaps India is ripe for hardware revolution just like IT revolution in 1990s ? From the desk of S.I.R I personally think tech hiring has peaked. We are moving from bits to atoms. As per “Reversion to Mean” theory, world is reverting back to manufacturing hardware (atoms), rather than just coding apps/services (bits) which we were focusing on for past 2-3 decades. And with AI, more talent & expertise will be needed in hardware - data centers, networking, chip manufacturing, nuclear energy etc. And this AI will do most of these “bits” work now. Good news for people as we will see more innovation like cancer cure, Meta Glasses etc. But bad news for pure IT guys just starting career now as they will face ruthless competition. More than ever before, as they won’t just compete with other college passouts but also with GPT, Llama & Claude APIs.

#Google's announcement of Willow amazes and horrifies me at the same time. Amazed because this quantum chip is a game-changer. With its ability to exponentially reduce errors as qubits scale, Willow solves a foundational problem that has challenged quantum computing for decades. It’s capable of computations in minutes that would take classical supercomputers 10 septillion years, opening doors to unimaginable possibilities, from drug discovery to tackling global optimization problems and even redefining AI. This technology has the potential to revolutionize entire industries. Horrified because such power brings significant risks. One immediate concern is cybersecurity. Quantum computers could render current encryption obsolete, threatening security and data sensitivity worldwide. Beyond that, the pace of tech disruption could lead to widespread job displacement. As quantum computing accelerates AI and automation, many human roles involving complex problem-solving could be replaced. This raises critical questions: how do we ensure equitable access to these advances? How do we prepare for a world where machines handle tasks humans once dominated? And most importantly, who decides how this unprecedented power is used? Slow down people!

What is wrong with this picture? Well, that fact is that Artificial Intelligence is being severly limited in scale and scope due the fact WE HAVEN'T MOVED from the digital age to the Artificial Intelligences age in practice. Why the American Government, Cyber Leadership (if even exists) and most all others do not understand that binary was the simple premise of on and off, from many decades ago. Leadership in the Artificial Intelligence age will be led by VLEX Technology Group Corporation who has understood for over a decade binary is inadequate for AI intelligences. Isn't this the partial reason why quantum computing was originated? Enhanced and sophisticated Artificial Intelligence based systems will require a new hexadecimal AI driven language of its own. We have partial started to create the principles and foundation of this new language that will lead the decades to come. Artificial Intelligent hexadecimal processors will be required (NVIDIA, INTEL, AMD). The sooner we are funded, the sooner the leadership role can take shape and the enormous benefits & impacts will occur, effecting everyone on this planet.
