At Art of Change s.r.o., we know transformation is a process, not a quick fix. One example of this is our work with Allianz - Slovenska poistovna, a.s., where we helped introduce Authentic Appreciation – a practice inspired by NASA’s team-building approach. It’s not an instant change; it requires training and persistence. But when practiced consistently, it leads to powerful results. Don't rush and accept unnecessary risk if you don't have to. Only a few hours before go time, as Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore prepare for low earth orbit, the Boeing #Starliner launch was scrubbed. The entire United Launch Alliance (ULA) , Boeing, and NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration team made the call to knock it off and go through the data to ensure there are no issues when they attempt the historic launch at a later date. Space is inherently risky business and decisions can be life or death. Although the decisions in your work place may seem like incredibly pressing matters, it is important to understand when and when not to take risk. Understand what is a you risk and what is a risk for your team vs your boss. Here CRE8 Force we encourage you to learn and take risks early where you can because our successes and shortcomings will help us learn.
