Forward thinking requires forward looking. Forward thinking / forward looking means to favor innovation and development; progressive. Forward-thinking leaders understand that ideas don't mean much if they are not well-executed. Along with the strategic planning, they focus on the execution of the strategies in order to make the whole process highly effective, productive and successful in the long run. Here’s is something to remember when trying a new idea. Remember the rule of three, innovation typically requires three tries to get it right. If you try something once and it works perfectly, it probably wasn’t all that innovative. Doing things three times can force you to have a persistent forward-thinking focus. By the third time you practice an idea, you’re able to see how the innovation may develop or unravel down the road and what’s needed to produce sustainable change. #ForwardThinking#Bam #innovation #development #change #leaders #sustainable #planning

The word “corporation” derives from the Latin word “corpus” which means “body”. In the human body, the brain is the organ responsible for coordinating the various parts, enabling them to work together seamlessly. Similarly, a corporation needs a brain to ensure that projects and initiatives align with and support the company's overall vision. This brain is represented by management. For fast-growing companies offering a portfolio of tech products, the key factor that impacts the realization of the business vision is our management structure and the competence of leaders. While rapid expansions can be fueled by intensive capital, sustainable growth can only be achieved by an ever-evolving leadership and a scalable management process. As an executive leader, if you constantly feel unable to land your vision on solid ground, do not ignore this doubt. Most likely, it is a sign of management misalignment. I help companies build internal resources and management structures in order to develop tech-enabled products and services for market expansion.
