Reflecting on Last Friday's Event: Unlocking Potential with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Last Friday, I had the privilege of attending an enlightening event that broadened my perspective on various topics. It was a valuable opportunity to explore different issues from new angles and gain insights into alternative viewpoints. At this event, we discussed a wide range of interesting topics, but one key takeaway stood out: the importance of prioritizing team development. It became clear that investing in our teams and conducting training sessions is crucial for fostering unity and enabling them to conquer new horizons. One particularly intriguing aspect of the event was the introduction to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. This innovative approach fosters collaboration, creativity, and innovative problem-solving by engaging participants in hands-on activities.
