Book Report: Kurt Cobain, The Last Interview. A book of interesting & final interviews with Kurt (sometimes members of Nirvana). Some good insights into his thinking but also the GenX “whatever” attitude in his anxiety towards interviews. A quick weekend read. 📚

Very simple trick to help your SMEs focus during interviews: Create a deck with one question per slide and present it during the interview. It's easy to get lost in a riff. And you don't want to hear, "What was the question?" in the middle of a though. It throws a wrench into the flow. 60 minutes. 10 questions. 1 question per slide. Present. This gives your SMEs a north star during your chat, so they never have to worry about getting lost.
