In the military bootcamps, there is something called companies and they are different groups like units. In the Army there are different platoons. There is something called a platoon leader. You have to go where ever your platoon is at on the military base.

Corporal Corporal is a military rank in use by the armed forces of many countries. It is also a police rank in some services. The rank is usually the lowest ranking non-commissioned officer. In some militaries, the rank of corporal nominally corresponds to commanding a section or squad of soldiers. The word is a contraction from the medieval Italian phrase capo corporale (transl. head of a body [of soldiers]). The rank of corporal, which falls between lance-corporal and sergeant is used by the British Army, Royal Marines, and Royal Air Force. The badge of rank is a two-bar chevron (also known as "stripes", "tapes", or "hooks"). A corporal's role varies between regiments; but, in the standard infantry role, a corporal commands a section, with a lance-corporal as second-in-command (2ic). When the section is split into fire teams, they command one each. In the Royal Armoured Corps, a corporal commands an individual tank. Their duties therefore largely correspond to those of staff sergeants in the United States Army and corporals are often described as the "backbone" of the British Army. A common nickname for a corporal is a "full screw"

What mana. This man will be able to impart such wisdom and value .
NEWS📢 New Zealand’s only living recipient of the Victoria Cross, Willie Apiata, has been appointed a Special Representative to our Defence Force and promoted to Honorary Warrant Officer Class One (WO1). The appointment and promotion was carried out in front of family and colleagues at Papakura Military Camp, home of New Zealand’s Special Forces, by outgoing Chief of Defence Force, Air Marshal Kevin Short. “Promotion to Honorary Warrant Officer rank is a first for the NZDF and this is a reflection of the mark of the man. He is a humble Kiwi, who every day lives the values of the Defence Force. He will pass on his knowledge and experience to our new recruits and to our new leaders as a coach and mentor, to help create a better culture and a better ethos for the NZDF.” ~ Chief of Army, Major General John Boswell Read more ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gnHrqNkt #Force4NZ

3wAfter participating in the Base HIIT program, the way the Nats support the military in general is second to none in any sports franchise I’ve ever seen. They do an outstanding job of outreach events that really inspire and motivate the surrounding military in the MDW. Hats off to all involved in that program! Excellent work throughout the year! Fan for life!
