Our colleague Daryna Shevkalenko who lives and works in Sumy, has reached out to ask for our support in an important fundraiser to strengthen air defense and protect vital energy infrastructure in the Sumy region. We’re raising funds for additional spotlights to defend against drone attacks, as well as for enhanced protection of the city's energy infrastructure. This initiative is organized by the Public Fund "Sumy," a volunteer group established in 2014. Since then, they have raised over 10 million UAH for military support in the Donbas region. Now, they aim to protect Sumy, and they've already collected more than half of the 2 million UAH goal with the help of dedicated volunteers. Our project, called Emergency Shelter Response, is all about getting these families back on their feet by fixing up their homes.
