Our Walsh team has officially completed work at the vibrant Four Amigos Beloved Community in the heart of Seattle’s Columbia City neighborhood. This six-story, U-shaped building will significantly benefit the south Seattle community by providing 87 affordable family-size homes, affordable bilingual childcare services provided by El Centro de la Raza, and a new 2,600 square-foot home for the Church of Hope. The building’s design embodies El Centro de la Raza's vision to address the needs of the families they support, featuring a central outdoor play area, efficient space utilization, and elements representing the Afro-Latinx community through vibrant colors, hand-painted tile murals, and sculptures. A huge shoutout to our great team of Sandi Tovias, Joe Geise, BJ Graham, Jesus Montiel, Anthony Sherman, and Wendy Kato for delivering this project safely and to the highest level of quality!
