“Whether I’m working on a solution or painting for my next exhibit, I find that creativity flows seamlessly between my tech and aesthetic pursuits—one passion stimulating the other. With the support of my colleagues and management, I’m excited to continue building my career with IT and IoT skills, while also staying creative.   Our people demonstrate how important it is to celebrate each other’s wins—by embracing and respecting the other’s individuality and authenticity—while finding ways to collaborate and learn,” reflects Ramona Scarlat – IoT Business Solutions Lead at VOIS Romania. Read on to know more about her inspiring story below.   "I believe that everyone deserves to see themselves in the technologies they use, and that’s what inspires me to help design thoughtfully inclusive and accessible solutions. In my free time, I paint—using art as my expression to process the world around me.   I began my journey in telecom, where I worked in non-tech roles. But I was determined to break into tech. Then, I joined VOIS as a Service Designer—and I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects. I was later promoted to Service Delivery Manager, and now I lead the IoT Business Solutions team. I’ve felt the freedom to experiment and learn. My manager encouraged me to take ownership of projects, and I thrived.   It’s been a fulfilling journey so far. I hope that my story inspires other women to chase their dreams in tech.
