If you know me, you know I often make... odd choices. I don't necessarily run with the crowd. Or do I? One of my favorite vehicles in our historic lineup is the Datsun 510 Wagon. (Seriously. If you have it in any of the greens, I'll take it off your hands!) Did you know we began selling Datsun-branded cars in the U.S. more than 65 years ago? Our first was the Datsun 1200 sedan arriving stateside in 1958. In the face of strong domestic and European competition, Datsun models struggled to make a big dent in the U.S. car market – until the arrival of my favorite, the Datsun 510, in 1968. Both economical to own and attractive and fun-to-drive, it was offered initially as a sedan and a wagon. A two-door coupe joined the lineup later. NVIDIA Robotics The three universal basic elements to make AI work are: high computational capability (fast GPUs), electricity (battery/power supply) and metadata. Without electricity, the machine won't work. Also, battery accounts for 40% of the total cost of an electric machine, e.g., electric car. For AI applications, the electricity bills of a C-level friend of ours has doubled because of using AI. Metadata is an enabler. It's a digital content, NOT a technology. It's like a treasure map, curated by human for treasure hunting.
