However, it’s disheartening to realize that much of the global focus is on weapons of destruction, rather than on developing medical innovations to combat diseases like cancer, diabetes, and others. Challenges: Engineering nanorobots that can safely navigate the complex human circulatory system. Avoiding immune system attacks on nanorobots. Ensuring biocompatibility and avoiding toxic effects. While nanorobots for cancer treatment are not yet widely available for clinical use, the field is progressing rapidly. Breakthroughs in precision targeting, biocompatibility, and safety are paving the way for nanotechnology to revolutionize cancer therapy in the near future. It is expected that the next decade will bring significant advancements, potentially transforming cancer treatment into a more targeted, less invasive, and highly effective process.

Ah yes, another 'cure' found! But of course, we'll probably never see it reach the masses. Why cure something when you can just treat it forever and keep the money flowing? Seems like the real breakthrough here is figuring out how to keep people sick enough to keep buying medication. Who needs a cure when you’ve got profit margins to protect?

The potential eradication of insulin resistance and Type 2 diabetes poses a significant disruption to the pharmaceutical industry, which is the third-largest selling industry globally, surpassed only by arms and fashion. The question remains whether pharmaceutical companies will relinquish control of this substantial market share to emerging tech companies, and only time will reveal the outcome.

That's awesome! Even though like others already said - you can't earn money by saving life's "easily". There are many ways to destroy cancer, different studies - as well with concentrated vitamin C injecting directly into the cancer... (depends at the stadium of course...) and many other stuff.. it's very sad... the same thing about exo-skeleton for training nerves or giving people a new life with a new hand, leg, back.... a good human is a sick human...

Where does the cancer go from there? Wouldn’t destroying release it everywhere else, potentially causing a bigger spread? I don’t see a vaccum on the nanobot.
