HR recruiters clearly maintain a better spend limit per candidate than they let us in on, when discussing salaries. If you're an experienced candidate that knows his/her stuff when it comes to your area of expertise and your achievements, yet settle for lesser than the package you were offered previously? That isn't an upgrade, that's you downgrading your career. The side effects may not be immediate but it will affect your cv and it will create a loophole that other employers would see through and exploit.
What do you think!? 😆

Have you ever been completely convinced by what you see, only to later find out it wasn’t what it seemed? Our brains often deceive us without us even knowing it. To illustrate this fascinating concept, I've created a video featuring a simple visual experiment. The video shows a gradient background transitioning from gray to black and features two geometric shapes of the same color: a circle moving vertically and a static rectangle. Despite being the same color, the shapes appear different due to the background's gradient effect. There are no video tricks or contrast changes—this illusion happens entirely in our minds. 🎥✨ This visual trick highlights a crucial lesson for both business and life: what we perceive isn't always the full reality. Often, we need to step back and gain a broader perspective, or strip away the background noise that distorts our view. In business, this might mean looking beyond immediate data to understand broader trends or eliminating biases that cloud our judgment. 📊🔍 Understanding that our perceptions can be flawed helps us approach problems with a more open mind and a better grasp of the true situation. Whether you're making strategic decisions or navigating personal challenges, remember that sometimes, the context can change everything. 🌐💡 #Perception #VisualIllusion #CognitiveScience #BusinessInsight
