Is Austin still growing? Despite the high interest rates and the sluggish market activity, prices are holding steady. Furthermore, indicators are pointing to another wave of growth in the greater Austin area. Georgetown, Kyle and Leander were just called out as three of the fastest growing cities in the country in the 50K plus population category and Dripping Springs in the 10K and under category. The construction in the outlying areas of Austin is more robust than ever with 476 active new home commuities and 46 "coming soon" home communities in the works. Empire builders just announced Flora, a giant master-planned community in Hutto that will eventually produce 2800 new homes. Jobs are plentiful and Elon Musk just announced he is moving another piece of his mega empire to Texas and will relocate X headquarters in Austin. If you are on the fence about buying or selling, let's chat about how to navigate this tricky market. Lastly, if you are inclined to participate in my BTS hoodie drive for Operation School Bell please do! #operationschoolbell #AustinCensus #Austinhomebuyer #Flora #hutto #Kyle #newconstructionaustin #AustinMarketStatistics #liveinAustin #elonmusk #Xheadquarters #Georgetown #LiveinAustin #EdyKnowsAustin

Are you looking to upsize in Oakville this Spring? Spring stands out as the go-to season, with its perfect weather, longer days, and vibrant nature views. Families often prefer this time because it lines up with the school year, making moving easier during the summer holidays. As fall rolls in from September to November, there's a surge in activity. Buyers become more determined, creating another excellent opportunity for sellers looking to close deals before the year ends. But let's not forget about winter and summer. Although quieter, they have their perks too. Winter brings in serious buyers, and the cozy atmosphere makes properties more appealing. On the other hand, summer offers longer daylight hours, making it easier to showcase properties, especially those with great outdoor features. Deciding when to sell requires considering personal situations, property features, and how the market is doing. While spring and fall usually mean better prices and quicker sales, winter or summer might suit those looking for faster unique advantages. In the competitive GTA real estate world, being flexible and ready to adapt is key. Whether it's keeping an eye on new listings or being prepared to move fast, patience and persistence are crucial for success.
