I thought it goes without saying but yes, you do need to complete the entire application if you want to be considered for the job. I understand that the job application process can be tedious. Sometimes, you upload resumes and then type out what is in them on a different page or are asked to provide a cover letter outlining why you want the job. But, meeting the minimum requirements of filling out an application is the first indication to a potential employer that you are diligent and a candidate worthy of consideration. It's disappointing to sift through wonderful resumes attached to incomplete applications. Your resume alone will not earn you a consideration, and employers will not chase you down to complete your application. These are just some thoughts for all who may be applying for jobs right now.
