Getting back into the swing of things is always a challenge, but achieving something no matter how small is always an important part of progress. In our last update we began our process to improve our security, with challenges to be faced, Jamil Madison & I wanted to shift focus slightly.  With the merchant-facing aspects of our application well-established, we're now shifting gears to solve some of the customer aspects. We made similar functions to our merchants to allow customers to register, login, & logout. Having already made products & just recently developed customers, we made transactions. Transactions at this moment do need significant improvement, but we have got it started. Want more info. Well, this guy got the job done. Instead of waiting for shows to change, I could send my own info to the frontend and reproduce some of the issues that came up in the bug. Yesterday i started my holiday with my family, but I found time to work on my QR code genrator project. This is what I did today: 🔐 Enhanced security with bycript js to hash password, update register and login point. 🔧 Backend Enhancements: • Implemented new API endpoints for incrementing download counts and deleting QR codes. • Ensured robust error handling and optimized the server to support smooth QR code operations. 💻 Frontend Upgrades: • Revamped the Profile component to display QR codes dynamically. • Added features for users to download their QR codes directly and manage them with a streamlined delete function. • Improved user experience by incorporating loading states and clear error messages. These updates aim to provide a more seamless and efficient experience for our users, making QR code management easier and more intuitive.
