What if digital innovations could be the key to reducing the burden of cancer? The CancerX Moonshot - a public-private partnership of over 170 member companies and federal partners - is working hard every day to answer that very question. We have made considerable progress with efforts to drive data interoperability, combat issues of financial toxicity and equity and in finding the next generation of digital innovators. Read more about our effort on The Health Care Blog and join our fight to end the burden of cancer. https://bit.ly/3JtFYu4 Brian D. This is real AI for good. I first learned about AI 15 years ago when a member of my family was diagnosed with cancer. The doctors were baffled and traditional treatments were not doing as well as they had hoped. It was Watson AI that helped them review cancer treatment around the world and find something that was appropriate in our situation. It was instrumental in helping my relative recover from the cancer attack. I am excited to watch the progress of Color Health as it uses AI for good. #cancer #cancercure #aiforgood #ai #nontechitech https://lnkd.in/eWWNDPuX

On this World Clinical Trials Day, we celebrate those who commit to make research a priority to better the future of healthcare. Some inspired by personal experiences like my journey, sparked by my brother's leukemia diagnosis, which ignited my passion for cancer research and innovation. As the Co-Founder of Massive Bio and Medical Director of Research at Capital Health (US), I am committed to advancing science and partnering globally, including with CancerX Moonshot to bring hope and breakthroughs to patients. Together, we are making strides in the fight against cancer. #clinicaltrials #cancerresearch #AI #worldclinicaltrialsday #futureofhealthcare | Selin Kurnaz, PhD - Çağatay M. Collaboration among technology companies, research institutes, academic medical centers and universities allows them to combine resources to not only develop cutting-edge treatments quicker, but, perhaps most importantly, to get them into the hands of more people living with #cancer. Top cancer treatment organizations are leaning into partnerships in #cancercare to improve care coordination and patient care. AccessHope's Chair of the Board Harlan Levine, M.D., sat down with Caroline Hudson at Modern Healthcare to discuss the impact of AccessHope’s partnerships with leading cancer institutes across the U.S. to bring the latest research and knowledge to benefit people in local communities. These partnerships help bridge the gap between academia and community #oncology for optimal health outcomes. https://lnkd.in/gnqJzfRu
