Time flies! I recently marked my 7th year at Flourish, and what a ride it's been. 🎉 First off, I'm incredibly grateful for our team. You folks continue to challenge me, pushing me to learn and improve every single day. And somehow, you make it fun to come into work while doing it! Looking back, so much has changed: 🌟 Our team has grown, bringing fresh perspectives and new ways to tackle our challenges. It's exciting, but scaling brings its own hurdles (the good kind, though!). 🌟 We've ventured into new territories, like annuities. When cofounders come to one of my alignment offsites, it’s usually because they’re feeling the strain of a partnership that’s struggling to keep up with their company’s fast growth. My role is to help them address the biggest roadblocks—whether they’re strategic or interpersonal—and create a space that speaks directly to their unique needs. No two offsites are ever the same; each one is designed around the cofounders' individual styles and challenges. By the end, they walk away not just with clarity and a plan but feeling refreshed, relieved, and ready to take bold next steps together.
