This #INWED, we're proud to introduce Dominika Ibbitson, Software Tester at Invar Group: "To be honest, I landed in this field rather accidentally. I didn’t have any idea how I wanted my career to look. I was working in a warehouse where my talents were first noticed. I quickly advanced from an operative to an inventory administrator and then to IT support. During that time, I discovered my passion for IT and systems. Since then, I have completed an HNC in computing and joined Invar originally as a technical support engineer before moving to software testing. Invar really intrigued me with automation and robotics. How many people can say they work with robots daily? In my role, I figure out different ways to break things and investigate why they are not working as they are supposed to, which brings me great joy. As a woman in this sector, I work predominantly with men, and in general, my relationship with my colleagues is great. However, I can confirm that mansplaining is a real thing! On multiple occasions, I've received unnecessary explanations I didn't ask for because it was assumed I am not technical enough. These situations give me perfect opportunities to break stereotypes. I love proving people wrong by casually throwing in a very technical statement during our conversations. Their expressions are priceless! I would be lying if I said this doesn’t bother me at all. However, I can see that our industry is progressively becoming more inclusive and open-minded, which makes me very happy. I believe events like International Women in Engineering Day are extremely helpful in this process." Thank you, Dominika, for your dedication and resilience in paving the way for more women in engineering. 🙌 #INWED24 #WomenInEngineering #EnhancedByEngineering #NextGen #InvarGrou

Hello guys, #Day7 of #100Days challenge at Codegnan under guidance of Uppugundla Sairam sir, Saketh Kallepu sir, Manish Naidu sir and my mentor Pooja Chinthakayala ma'am. Today I want to share two topics which I learned from Codegnan There are 1. Slicing:- it is similar to indexing but it is too easy to overcome more than indexing. syntax:- a[a : b] a= Starting b= Ending ex:- a[0 : 15] 2. Striding :- adding a string for that word syntax:- a[a : b : c] a= Starting b= Ending c= increment ex:- a[5 : 10 : 2] For this both having negative's and positive's. Thank you for Codegnan..

Reflecting on Six Months at VeUp Technologies Private Limited ✨ As I have completed my 6-months at #VeUp Technologies Private Limited, I wish to convey my learning and express a heart-felt gratitude. 1. Learning: The dynamic environment has encouraged me to stay curious and committed to my work. Whether it was through formal training or through key-note sessions, I’ve gained valuable insights that I wish to carry throughout. 2. Inclusivity: One of the most inspiring aspects is commitment to inclusivity. The culture of actively encouraging each team member's ideas whether it is, Tech, Sales or Operations and incorporating diverse perspectives into decision-making has broadened my understanding of success. 3. Team : I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some incredibly talented and energetic individuals. To work with every individual, by knowing their thoughts and perspectives has paved the way to creativity and innovation. And today I agree with the point of fact that Team Synergy is the key. 4. Challenges : Like every journey has its challenges, I've had some too. Somedays it's just been about completing the deadline and other days it's been about multi-tasking. But I have learnt that solving everything one by one and keeping the process aligned helps us in the longer run. Also, the only way to achieve more is by stepping out of the comfort zone. That is where the magic happened for me. Pankaj Jain sir, Working under your leadership is one of the valuable experiences anyone can ask for. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of your vision in this amazing project 😊. Lavith Munot Jain, Thank you for always being so kind and helpful. When I was a newcomer, I was skeptical and full of doubts , but you have always been there solving every query of mine with patience. Your dedication and success towards work is what inspires me everyday to work hard☘️. Lastly, thank you to everyone at VeUp for making this journey so smooth. Here’s to many more days of growth and success together 😊. #WorkAnniversary #CareerGrowth #Teamwork #Innovation #Gratitude #VeUpTechnologies 🏢 P.s : Beautiful people of VeUp ✌️
