Before entering a market, investors should know exactly what they’re getting into. With the wealth of economic data available, analyzing market conditions has never been more insightful. This data can replace assumptions with evidence, giving you confidence in how your investments will meet the market. In this example, we look at changes in the estimated cost of childcare compared to changes in median income, to see how the former has drastically outpaced the latter in certain areas. There is no sign of the Government acting but this report from the States shows that employers there are stepping into the gap in order to retain talent.
