Wishing everybody a happy Thanksgiving! Burning off some of those extra calories before I eat too much and turn into a turkey. Just a 2 minute rounds for this old guy, but I’m still hanging in there. Reflexes and timing just aren’t what that once were, but I love doing it. Get in workout you love and feel better about that Thanksgiving meal! Holiday Tips - Pick a fun activity to do for an hour on Thanksgiving Day. Eat slow, savor the meal and let you brain catch up with your full belly. Don’t stuff yourself. Be kind to everyone. Take a pass on resentments and just show love for the day. Try to eat early enough so you don’t go to bed on a full stomach. Friday will feel so much better.
